The original sauce is blended with the exact amount of herbs and spices to make the accent to any meat, fish or poultry. It has a mild flavor with a minimal amount of "throat bite".

If your looking for that big bite with mysterious heat try our "Steel City Blast Furnace"

This sauce is not for the weak minded, weak hearted, or soft tongued. It has the same great taste as the "Original" sauce, but with the mystery heat of select hybrid cayenne peppers.

This heat starts off slow and ends with the heat from "Old Dorothy" the famous "Steel City Blast Furnace"
